Education

In our training centers we not only train dogs but also regularly hold educational programs for those who want to learn how to manage and control dogs. We provide the following courses:
-- Chief of Canine service
-- Instructor and Dog trainer
-- Figurant (training for Agility, Dog-Lifeguard, SchH, Die Kurung, IPO)
-- Junior Specialist of Canine Service
-- Handler for dog shows
-- Groomer (dog care)
During these courses experienced military dog trainers, specialists of frontier troops and Customs share their knowledge with students. Graduates obtain official certificates. The most successful graduates get assistance in job placement.

Chief of the canine service.

Duration of this course is 84 academic hour or 3'5 months. Graduates work at guarding departments of companies, special sub-units of Customs service, canine clubs.
The following lectures are provided:
-- Legal aspects of canine activity in Guarding organizations of Russian Federation;
--Organization of guarding activity with participation of Guard dogs and canine service specialists;
-- Tactics of usage of working dogs in guarding activity;
-- Professional training of dog experts and dog training;
-- Planning of classes, tests for working qualities of dogs, checking of professional level of dog trainers;
Graduates obtain special certificates, The most successful graduates could be placed to work at the North-West Customs office.

Instructor and dog trainer.

Duration of this course is three months, which include 35 hours of lectures, 15 hours of practical work, 4 hours of workshops and 10 hours of tests. After graduation graduates get the certificates. Our center helps in job placement. There is the opportunity to study both during the day and in the evening. The most successful graduates can be placed at work to the North-West Customs office.

Figurant (helper)

Duration of the course is 64 hours or two months. The course includes training for Agility, Dog-Lifeguard, SchH, Die Kurung,IPO.
During the course the students learn :
-- Practice and techniques of "receiving" an attacking trained dog;
-- Classes on industrial security and practical work with guard dogs;
-- Techniques and methods of training dogs for international competitions and events;
-- Classes on dogs psychology for efficient training and prediction of dog's behavioral reaction;
-- Ways and methods of training dogs to work against three figurants;
-- Methods and techniques of dog's training for efficient interception and combat with a human being;
Training is provided by experienced military dog trainers.After the course, graduates receive official certificates. There is the opportunity to syudy during the day and in the evening.

Junior specialist of canine service.

10 - day intense course of taking care and maintenance of dogs in training. There is the opportunity to study during the day and in the evening.

Dog handler.

Duration of this course is two months. The course includes:
-- Theoretical and practical skills necessary to show dogs individually as well as packs of dogs;
-- Rules and methods of efficient and competent handling of dogs in the ring;
-- Methods and techniques of preparation of different breeds for the show;
-- Lectures on different breeds psychology, physique, temperaments;
-- Studying of requirements, standards and rules of different dog shows;
-- Training for International dog shows;
-- Methods of handling and winning international shows.
After graduation , graduates receive special certificates. Possible help with future employment.

Groomer

Duration of dog grooming course is two months.
Dog grooming ( dog care and clipping) course includes:
-- Different breed requirements for clipping;
-- Trimming;
-- Fancy clipping, preparation for dog shows;
-- Home clipping;
-- Exclusive grooming.
After the course graduates receive special certificates. there is the possibility to study during the day and in the evening.
